If you can't immediately upload or download a file on TransferChain, there are several possible reasons:
1) If your internet connection is slow, it will affect your upload and download performance. You can check your internet connection performance at speedtest.net.
โ
2) TransferChain encrypts/decrypts data on the client-side, thus depending on your device's specifications and age CPU usage might affect your upload and download performance.
โ
To check CPU usage on Windows and Mac, you can use the built-in system tools provided by each operating system. Here's how to do it:
On Windows:
Task Manager:
Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
Alternatively, right-click on the taskbar and select "Task Manager."
In Task Manager, go to the "Performance" tab to view CPU usage. You can also go to the "Processes" tab to see the CPU usage of individual processes.
On Mac:
Activity Monitor:
Open Spotlight by pressing Cmd + Space and type "Activity Monitor," then press Enter.
Alternatively, you can find Activity Monitor in the "Applications" folder under "Utilities."
In Activity Monitor, go to the "CPU" tab to see the overall CPU usage and the CPU usage of individual processes.
These tools provide real-time information about CPU usage, helping you monitor system performance and identify processes that may be consuming excessive resources.
3) If you are using anti-tracker software or a VPN might block the upload or download. Please try uploading or downloading after turning them off.
