We also do not impose any bandwidth restrictions on files that you upload, besides the limitation of your organization’s total storage capacity.
Upload: Unlimited bandwidth (limited to the organization’s total storage capacity)
Download:
Tier 1: 30 GB per calendar month
Tier 2: Up to 100 GB per calendar month
Tier 3: Up to 250 GB per calendar month
Tier 4 Up to 500 GB per calendar month
File Transfers:
Unlike other file transfer apps, TransferChain does not limit the number of links you can create and share.
Downloads from the public shared links. Limitations:
Works in conjunction with the limitations in ‘File Storage’ Download
Tier 1 and Tier 2: Up to 20 downloads per shared file
Tier 3 and Tier 4: Up to 20 downloads per shared file (However, we plan to increase the download counts up to 50, and 100 respectively in short-term)
File Requests:
Unlike other file request apps, TransferChain does not limit the number of file request links you can create.
