The Recovery Phrase allows you to sync your account to another device and restore your data. It should not be learned from third parties as this could cause privacy and security problems.
First, check if you can still access any of your clients (Desktop or Mobile apps). If you are logged into your account, you can check under Privacy > Recovery Phrases. You may find your Recovery Phrases after entering your account password, but only if they are available on your local device.
If you couldn't find your recovery phrase in the privacy section, you can reset your account and get new recovery phrases. (How to reset my account) However, you need to back up all your data because after this process, you will need to clear your cloud.
