I know my password:

If you know your password, you can log out of your account by clicking the "Flush from browser" in the profile section. After that, please attempt to log in to your account again.

After you log in, choose the "Create a New Cloud" option. Please note your new recovery phrase and continue. You have completed resetting your account.

I don't know my password:

If you have lost your password and no longer have an active TransferChain session on any of your devices, and you do not have a backup of your Recovery Phrase, you can reset your existing account and start with a fresh cloud under the same email address. However, all your old data in the existing account will be inaccessible.
