If you have forgotten your TransferChain password, you can reset it in the app by following these steps:

1) Click on "Forgot your Password"

2) Enter your email

3) Enter the verification code that was sent to your email.

4) If you have your recovery phrases, you can reset your password by selecting the "Yes, I have it" option. If you don't have your recovery phrases, please select the "No, I don't have it" option

5) If you have the recovery phrases, enter them, and you will be directed to the password reset page. There, you can set your new password.

6) If you haven't found the recovery phrases, click the "I don't have" button. On the opening page, press "Create new cloud." This way, you can create a new password, but please note that your old cloud won't be restored.
