Integrating TransferChain with Zendesk allows your team to securely share and manage data directly within your support workflows. Follow these step-by-step instructions to connect TransferChain with your Zendesk workspace.


🚀 Step 1: Install the TransferChain App

  1. Navigate to the Zendesk Marketplace.

  2. Search for TransferChain.

  3. Click Install and follow the prompts to add the app to your Zendesk workspace.



🔐 Step 2: Log in to TransferChain Management Portal (TCMP)

  1. Log in using your admin credentials.


⚙️ Step 3: Enable Zendesk Integration in TCMP

  1. In TCMP, go to:
    SettingsMarketplace

  2. Find the Zendesk Integration.

  3. Toggle the switch to Enable the integration.


🔑 Step 4: Generate Your App Tokens

Once the Zendesk integration is enabled:

  1. You will see your App Token and App Secret displayed.

  2. Copy both values — you’ll need them to configure the Zendesk app.


🧩 Step 5: Configure Tokens in Zendesk

  1. Go back to your Zendesk workspace.

  2. Open the TransferChain App settings.

  3. Paste the Company Identifier, App Secret and App Token into the required fields.

  4. Save the settings.


✅ All Set!

Your TransferChain and Zendesk integration is now complete.
You can begin securely transferring data directly through your Zendesk interface.
