With the Custom Branding feature, you can personalize your File Request and Transfer pages. Custom branding helps you use your own visual materials, enhancing professionalism and building trust with your clients.
How to Adjust Custom Branding:
1. Navigate to Admin Panel > Settings > Branding.
2. To customize your File Request page, select "TransferChain Request".
Upload your logo under Company Logo. (Maximum file size: 256 KB.)
Add a copyright notice in the Copyright Notice field.
Set a background image by uploading to the Background field. (Maximum file size: 1 MB.)
You can preview your page using the Preview option to ensure it looks exactly as desired.
All adjustments will be saved automatically.
3. To customize your Transfer Links, select "TransferChain Send".
Upload your logo under Company Logo. (Maximum file size: 256 KB.)
Add your company name and additional information in the Content section.
Adjust the background color in the Background Color section.
Again, use the Preview option to confirm the page design meets your expectations.
All adjustments will be saved automatically.
Once you've completed these steps, your custom branding settings will automatically apply whenever you create a new Transfer or File Request link.
