Subscription owners on paid plans can switch between plans. You can also increase the number of seats and invite new members to the subscription whenever you need to.
How to upgrade your plan
Note: If you have already made a payment for the former plan, the system will automatically deduct that amount from the upgrade cost.
For Businesses:
Please go to https://app.transferchain.io/login and login.
After you login, go to Admin Panel > Plan section and click the "Change Plan" button. You can purchase a plan by opening a pop-up. You can select the upgrading plan from here. Once you have made your purchase, the plan will be activated immediately.
For Individuals:
Please go to https://app.transferchain.io/login and login.
After you login, click the Profile Icon and go to My Account > Plan section and click the "Change Plan" button. You can select the upgrading plan from here. Once you have made your purchase, the plan will be activated immediately.
How to downgrade your plan
For Businesses:
Please go to https://app.transferchain.io/login and login.
After you login, click the Profile Icon and go to My Account > Plan section and click the "Change Plan" button. You can select the Plan from here.
The Plan will take effect when you apply the limits of the new plan by the end of your current billing period. Until then, you may still continue to use all the features of your current plan.
Note: if you have exceeded your current plan's space usage or the seat amount, please make sure to decrease your storage space usage and the number of seats to comply with the new limits before your payment date. Otherwise, the downgrade will not take effect.
For Individuals:
Please go to https://app.transferchain.io/login and login.
After you login, go to Admin Panel > Plan section and click the "Change Plan" button. You can select the Plan from here.
