If you reset your password from a different device, your access on all other logged-in devices will be restricted. This is done automatically for your security.
To regain access to your account, follow these steps:
On the login page, look for the trash icon next to your email address.
Click this icon to remove your encrypted database from your local browser.
Refresh the page and enter your login details again.
You’ll see a page with two options: “Restore my Cloud” and “Create a new Cloud.”
Select “Restore my Cloud” and enter your Recovery Phrases to start the restoration process.
Once completed, your account will be successfully re-synced.
