Your recovery phrase is essential for accessing your encrypted data. If you're having trouble locating it, please try the following steps:
Check Where You Saved It
If you wrote down your recovery phrase in a notebook or saved a screenshot, please try to locate it in those locations.
Search Your Device
If you downloaded your recovery phrase, try searching your device for the file name:
transferchain_recovery_phrase.pdf
Look in the default download folders on your computer or mobile device.
Access from a Logged-In Device
If you're currently logged into your account on any device (desktop or mobile), follow these steps:Go to Settings
Navigate to Security > Recovery Phrase

Important:
If you're unable to find your recovery phrase, you will not be able to access your existing data. This is because your data is encrypted with a private key derived from your recovery phrase.
The only available option is to delete your current cloud data and create a new, empty cloud using the same email address. You can do this by clicking the ‘Create New Cloud’ button below.
Note: This process only affects your personal cloud data. It does not impact other users in your company.
