The decentralization aspect of TransferChain lies in the blockchain network layer. While distribution is a more static process, decentralization is dynamic, and we aim to decentralize decision-making in certain components of the blockchain. By sharding and distributing data across multiple clouds, TransferChain can be classified as a distributed multi-cloud platform based on a decentralized blockchain network. We will reveal more details about our approach in the coming weeks/months.
