How to clear cookies and site data (cache)?

Note: Before clearing your cache on app.transferchain.io, please ensure you have your 'Recovery Phrases' ready. If you can't locate them, here is a guide.

Google Chrome

  1. Launch Chrome and navigate to the website for which you want to clear cookies.

  2. On the left side of the address bar, you will find the "padlock icon". Click on it and select Cookies from the menu that appears.

  3. A new pop-window, "Cookies in use" will be launched. Under it, select the cookie you want to delete and click on the Remove button.

  4. One by one, select and remove all the cookies that you don't want for this website.

  5. Finally, click the Done button under the "Cookies in use" window.

Firefox

  1. Click the padlock

  2. Click Clear Cookies and Site data.

Clear cookies for any website

To delete cookies for any single website:

  1. Click the menu button

    and select Settings.

  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.

  3. Click the Manage Data… button. The Manage Cookies and Site Data dialog will appear.

  4. In the Search websites field, type the name of the site whose cookies you want to remove. Items that match your search will be displayed.

    ClearCookies

    • To remove all cookies and storage data for the website, click Remove All Shown.

    • To remove selected items, select an entry and click Remove Selected.

  5. Click Save Changes.

  6. In the Removing Cookies and Site Data confirmation dialog that opens, click OK.

  7. Close the about:preferences page.

Safari

  1. Select Preferences under the Safari menu.

  2. Select the Privacy tab.

  3. Select Manage Website Data.

  4. Choose the site that placed the cookies in your browser and select Remove.

  5. Select Done when you've deleted all the cookies from Safari.

Brave

  1. Click on the lock icon to the left of the address bar

  2. Select Cookies and site data then Manage on-device site data

  • here you can also see blocked cookies and allow them

  1. Select the listed cookies and click the "trash" icon

  2. Click Done and refresh the site
