Possible Cause: The company's firewall or VPN settings may be blocking emails from TransferChain.

Solution: Add TransferChain's domain to the firewall or VPN allowlist.

Steps to Resolve

1) Identify the Email Domain:

  • The domain used by TransferChain for sending emails is [example: @transferchain.io & @transferc.email]

2) Access Firewall or VPN Settings:

  • Log in to your firewall or VPN management console.

  • Navigate to the section where you can manage allowed domains or whitelist settings.



3) Add TransferChain Domain:

  • Add the TransferChain email domain (e.g., @transferchain.io & @transferc.email) to the allowed list.


  • Ensure that all subdomains of TransferChain are also included if necessary.



4) Save and Apply Changes:

  • Save the updated settings.


  • Apply the changes to ensure they take effect immediately.



5) Test Email Delivery:

  • Request a new email from TransferChain.


  • Check if the email is successfully received.



6) Monitor and Verify:
